Insurance Care

There are a few insurance procedures we are required to follow before initiation of repair work.  Each insurance company has their own procedure and lead time; we at Reflex Panelbeaters and Spraypainters undertake to move through these procedures as efficiently as possible.

Once you have reported the accident to your insurance company, you will be required to acquire a quotation for the damage to your vehicle.

Following the submission of the quotation by Reflex Panelbeaters and Spraypainters to your insurance company, an assessment will be arranged by them.

Only once the vehicle has been assessed by your insurance company and the claim authorised, can the repair commence.
