Colour matching and spray painting go hand in hand; they both require precision and dedication.

A good paint job is certainly the result of many hours spent preparing the vehicle body for paint.  Painting a vehicle is a multi-step process that leads up to the actual painting of the vehicle.

We use a state-of-the-art computerised colour matching system to precisely match our paint to that of your vehicle.

Our highly skilled paint technicians have an abundance of experience, patience and a certain amount of perfectionism because they know that a new, glossy paint job will reveal the slightest blemish underneath.

All materials supplied are proven world class quality.  One of the paint materials used by Reflex Panelbeaters and Spraypainters is a Waterborne based paint, which is an environmentally friendly product.

The prepared vehicle is placed in one of our dedicated, temperature controlled spray booths.  A pressurised vacuum system is standard, ensuring the eradication of any dust particles during the spraying process

If necessary, the doors, bonnet and boot lid are sprayed separately to ensure complete coverage and protection, which ensures a continuity of colour blending.

Once the parts and panels have been fully covered with a coat of colour paint, a clear top coat is applied to guarantee the protection of the colour.  The parts and panels are then cured at room temperature.

Strict quality checks are performed once all components are sprayed and dried.  Great care is taken to ensure a flawless finish that meets our high standards as well as vehicle manufacturer standards.

Our technicians are equipped with state of the art protective gear and breathing apparatus when spray painting, as per Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
